FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -
At least 50 police cars were vandalized overnight at the Fresno Police Department's Northeast Substation, a source tells KMPH News.
Every patrol car that was not being used at the time had at least one tire slashed and was painted with graffiti sometime late Thursday night or early Friday morning, the source said.
The police cars are located behind a chain-link fence at the substation, which is located at Cedar and Teague.
A city crew was called in to change the tires and remove the graffiti Friday morning.
Fresno Police are still trying to figure out who did it.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (559) 498-STOP.
