Shooting In Visalia; Teenager Arrested

VISALIA, Calif. (KMPH) -

Authorities in Visalia have arrested a 17-year-old boy in connection with a shooting.

Visalia Police say the teenager approached a group of people near Lincoln Park around 3 a.m. Thursday, pulled out a gun, and shot a 16-year-old boy. They say he also pistol-whipped an 18-year-old man.

Police have not said how the victims are doing.

Investigators believe the shooting is gang-related.
