Interstate 15 has partially reopened after both sides of the freeway were closed due to a big rig that overturned and spilled a hazardous chemical, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported shortly before 6:30 a.m. Friday.
As of 1 p.m., one lane had reopened on each side of the freeway.
The CHP says it's not known when all lanes will reopen, but drivers should expect long delays.
