Royal T Management is currently searching for a FULL-TIME Community Manager to operate and maintain a small beautiful apartment community in Visalia. Previous property management experience is a plus. The ability to live on-site is also a plus.

The Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, leasing, rent collection, scheduling, resident relations, vendor relations, budgeting, directing maintenance while protecting the owner's investment.

Leasing Agent-FULL TIME

The Leasing Agent is responsible in assisting the Community Manager in all activities related to apartment rentals including move-ins, move-outs, handling walk in tours, phones, qualifying applicants, marketing, and rent collection at the community they are scheduled at. The Leasing Agent position is Full-Time and the ideal candidate will assist at different communities throughout our growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to experience our communities throughout Fresno/Clovis area for future advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate must possess:

*Sales experience and strong customer service skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Flexibility to work weekends and weekday hours (9am-6pm)
*Reliable Transportation

*Valid Driver's License and Valid vehicle insurance
