Move Over, Spiderman! Kopi Rappels Down Building

Posted:
FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

This weekend, more than 50 brave people rappelled down Fresno's Pacific Southwest Building to raise money to bring a cool attraction to downtown.

Our very own Kopi Sotiropulos was one of them.

Great Day Executive Producer Lisa Burger was there to cheer Kopi on, and was so inspired by his bravery that she decided to give it a go.

This "Over the Edge" event raised more than $50,000 for Downtown Fresno Partnership. The group is made up of downtown business owners.

The partnership hopes to raise enough money to put in an ice rink at the Fulton Mall over the holidays.
