Search Is On For Wanted Parolee; Is He In Fresno?

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a wanted parolee.

Arthur Williams is considered to be a high-risk sex offender. He's 5'9" tall and has a tattoo of a crown on the front of his neck.

He was paroled to the San Diego area, but officers with the Department of Corrections say he could be in Fresno. They say he has a lengthy history of arrests and convictions for drug charges, rape and weapons-related offenses.

Anyone who sees Williams is urged to call 911. There may be a reward for his capture.
