The clock is ticking for Valley business owners who haven't paid their state taxes yet.
The State Franchise Tax Board says it's sending out letters to more than 100,000 California businesses that have not filed their 2010 state income tax returns.
Businesses will have 30 days to file a tax return or show why they don't have to.
Those that don't, will have their taxes figured out for them by the state based on their income records.
For more time to respond or for more information on how to file, call the Franchise Tax Board at (866) 204-7902.
