FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -
Kids have more time on their hands in the summer, and some say they need to stay busy to stay out of trouble.
Some say one way to do that, take them to the city's public swimming pools.
But because of budget cuts, just like last year, Einstein, Pinedale, Frank-White, and Quigley pools will not be opening this year.
But Romain, Mosqueda, Mary Ella Brown, Frank H. Ball, and Airways pools will be opening by Monday of next week.
Here is the summer schedule for Fresno pools.
Opening day will be next Monday, June 18.
Hours: 1-5 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
Price is one dollar for children, two dollars for adults.
