The Grizzlies came from behind Monday night for a 3-2 Pacific Coast League victory over Sacramento.
Manny Ramirez, coming off a suspension for performance enhancing drugs, doubled in the River Cats' first run and scored their second.
Francisco Peguero drove in Fresno's first run with a first inning single. Conor Gillaspie tied it with a solo home run in the fifth. Then Peguero snapped a 2-2 tie in the bottom of the seventh with another base hit to plate Brock Bond.
The Grizzlies now trail first place Sacramento by a half game.
