FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) -

He was part of a trio that shot a Fresno County man in the face during a home invasion robbery, sheriffs investigators say, and now he's in jail.

Deputies say they arrested Shawn Guerrero over the weekend in Livingston.

Investigators say Guerrero was one of three men who broke in to the eastern Fresno county home of Bill Gaede last April demanding money and guns.

They shot Gaede then tied up and beat his son.

Gaede survived the shooting.

Guerrero now faces attempted murder and assault charges.

The other two men involved in the attack are still at large.
