Deadly Shooting In Tulare; Man Arrested

TULARE, Calif. (KMPH) -

A Tulare man who was already behind bars for an unrelated incident is now facing homicide charges in connection with the shooting death of another man.

Jesus Rosales, 20, is accused of shooting Robert Hernandez in Tulare back in February 2011. Hernandez later died.

Tulare Police say an arrest warrant was issued for Rosales following the department's investigation.

Rosales is being held at the Bob Wiley Detention Facility.
