
Former boxer and nutrition expert Jenifer Alcorn joined us on Great Day Wednesday morning to talk about guilt-free summertime desserts.
Trifle recipe:
-- 1 angel food cake
-- 1/2 c raspberry juice
-- 1 pkg blueberries
-- 1 pkg raspberries
-- 6 kiwi peeled and cut into 1/4 slices
Pineapple-Raspberry Parfait recipe:
-- 2, 8-ounce containers (2 cups) nonfat peach yogurt
-- 1/2 pint fresh raspberries, (about 1 1/4 cups)
-- 1 1/2 cups fresh, frozen or canned pineapple chunks
