Sex With Girl, 11: Porterville Man Accused

PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KMPH) -

Authorities in the South Valley have arrested a man accused of having sex with an 11-year-old girl.

Porterville Police say they went to a home in the 1000 block of East Thurman Avenue Saturday morning to follow up on a report about a runaway girl.

Police say they found the 11-year-old runaway girl at the home.

Investigators say they spoke with a man at the home -- identified as 19-year-old Keith Russell -- and arrested him after learning that he had sex with the girl.

Russell was booked into the Tulare County Jail on various felony charges.
