FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -
Three men are behind bars, accused of stealing from a Southeast Fresno church.
Fresno police say they arrested Christopher Robinson, Jesse Perez and Eddie Palma Tuesday night after catching the men red-handed with video cameras stolen from a local church.
They were the same cameras, police say, that captured video of the men stealing the cameras and metal parts from the Harmony Freewill Church's air conditioning unit.
Police say they recognized the men from the video, went to do a probation check, and found all three plus the stolen cameras and marijuana.
Officers say the men were even wearing the same clothes as in the surveillance video when they found them.
All three were booked on numerous felonies including possession of stolen property and vandalism.
