
The Salt Lake Bees beat the Grizzlies Thursday night, 5-3, ending Fresno's five-game Pacific Coast League winning streak.
Ryan Langerhans opened the scoring for Salt Lake in the top of the first inning with a three-run homer off of Andrew Kown. It was the first home run Kown had allowed all season.
Charlie Culberson hit his second homer in as many games for Fresno in the bottom of the inning, but the Grizzlies never caught up.
Fresno, with a record of 21-7, opens a four-game series at Colorado Springs Friday night.
