Man Wearing Headphones Fails To Hear Train. Dies On Tracks

TULARE, Calif. (KMPH) -

A man is dead, hit and killed while walking on train tracks with headphones on Wednesday.

It happened in Tulare around 4:30 Wednesday afternoon, police say.

Police investigators think the man may not have even heard the train coming toward him since he was wearing those headphones.

They are not releasing the dead man's name yet until his family can be notified.
