FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Fresno State's Michelle Moses pitched her second straight one-hit shutout Friday night, leading the Bulldogs to a 1-0 Western Athletic Conference win over New Mexico State.

Fresno State has been struggling to score runs, with just three in the last three games.

The Bulldogs scored the only run of this game when an infield single by Brooke Ortiz got Maria Sio home in the third inning.

Moses did the rest, giving up just the one hit while striking out six. The senior righthander is among the nation's leaders with 11 shutouts this season.

The Bulldogs are 27-17 overall, 9-2 in the WAC.
