VISALIA, Calif. (KMPH) -
A baby boy was found dead in Visalia Sunday afternoon.
Police say emergency crews were called to a home on the 800 block of N. Divisadero shortly before 3 p.m.
Two-month-old Alexander Xavier Frett was badly burned by hot water and died before paramedics arrived.
Police arrested Alexander's mom, 25-year-old Jennifer Granberg and her boyfriend, 25-year-old Christopher Harris. Police believe the couple killed the infant.
It's not known how little Alexander died. The investigation into his death is still ongoing.
