"Papa Murphy's Pizza and a Movie" GIVEAWAY!!

 
The Boss and Papa Murphy's want to both feed and entertain you by providing a free movie and a chance to win a free large Papa murphy's pizza. Just watch any of the KFRE CW 59 weekend movies, when you see the call to action graphic pop up over your movie, jump on line and register to win a delicious large  Papa murphy's pizza. Every Monday morning, following the weekend movies, The Boss will randomly select two (2) winners from all the entries received that weekend. Once winners are chosen, all Entries will be cleared and all "new" entries will be taken during the following weekend's movies on KFRE.

The Papa Murphy's Pizza and a Movie Giveaway will start Saturday, February 11, 2012 and end Sunday, December 30, 2012. Total days contest will be conducted:  92.  Winners will be randomly selected from all entries received every Monday morning following  the weekend movies on KFRE CW 59.

Prize Winners:

Two (2) Lucky winners will each receive one (1) Large Papa Murphy's Pizza Coupon good for one (1) free any large 1-topping pizza.  Total Prize value: $10.00 per coupon. 

KFRE and its sponsors accept no responsibility for any and all mishaps or accidents that may occur through the use of the Prize.

To play, visit  www.kfre.com, click on the  Contests link drop down menu, then click on the "Papa Murphy's Pizza and a Movie" Giveaway link and fill out the form completely.  Those unable to enter ONLINE, may do so OFFLINE by simply printing their name, address and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it or drop it off in person to: The KMPH/KFRE Studios, "Papa Murphy's Pizza and a Movie" at 5111 E. McKinley Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727.  Entries received by mail or delivered in person will be added to the KFRE.com entries for the duration of the contest. 

Two (2) lucky winners will be randomly selected from all entries received every Monday morning following the prior weekend movies.  The winners will be notified by phone.  The odds of winning the Prize depends on how many entries are received by the deadline.

To be eligible to play, all qualifiers must meet the following requirements:

Players must give their name, address, phone number and birthdate.
Players must be at least 18 years of age.
Players must be able to show a valid California ID or Driver's License to claim prize.
Players must be United States citizens or legal residents.
Winners must fill out completely a Waiver and Release Form and W-9 to claim winning prize(s). 
Limit one qualifier/player per household, per contest.
Employees of TTBG Fresno OpCo, LLC.,  CW Network, Papa Murphy's., their subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to win.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize is non-transferable. Prize has no cash equivalent.  Prize may not be exchanged.
KMPH will be the sole and final judge of eligibility and winner verification.
Winner's name, voice and likeness may be used for publicity, promotion and/or news purposes without further compensation.
By acceptance of prize, winner assumes full responsibility for all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, license and other fees that may apply.
Contestants are prohibited from winning if they have won a previous KMPH or KFRE contest within 30 days of winning this contest.
KMPH reserves the right to change the dates and/or details of this contest at any point during the contest.
