Would you like to help raise some cash for your children's elementary school? It's as easy as logging on to Facebook and clicking "like."

Beginning Thursday, February 2nd at 9 a.m., Cherry Avenue Auction will donate $1 to select elementary schools for every "like" it receives on its Facebook page until $20,000 is reached.

People will be able to select which school and what program the money will go to, and the school with the most votes will get an additional $1,000. The Facebook site allows one vote per fan.

A total of 98 elementary schools in six Fresno County school districts will be included in the program, covering all elementary schools in Fresno Unified, Central Unified, Sanger Unified, Fowler Unified, Orange Center, and Washington Colony Elementary School Districts.
