Former boxer and nutrition expert Jenifer Alcorn joined us on Great Day Wednesday morning to discuss which condiments we should stay clear of and ones that are okay.

Condiments to avoid:

-Ketchup
-Regular mayonnaise
-Barbecue sauce
-Worcestershire sauce
-Cocktail sauce
-Teriyaki sauce
-Honey mustard
-Regular jelly and jam
-Maple syrup

Recommended condiments:

-Regular yellow mustard
-Spicy mustard
-Hot sauce
-Salsa
-Vinegar
-Extra-virgin olive oil
-Hummus
-Natural herbs and spices
-Low-salt seasoning blends
