FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -
Fresno County SEIU members have voted to reject a 9% pay cut and are asking the county to return to the bargaining table, SEIU officials said Monday.
The Fresno County Board of Supervisors approved the pay cut last week.
Service Employees International Union (SEIU) represents most county non-management workers like librarians and social workers.
SEIU says it has submitted a letter to the county asking for negotiations to resume.
