Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force took 20-year-old Ivan Dario Juarez into custody in the city of Dinuba Tuesday morning.

Fresno County Sheriff's Deputies believe Juarez, 19-year-old Yonathan Barrajas and 19-year-old Erick Cuevas were involved in the brutal beating of a 21-year-old man in Laton back on November 2nd.

Barrajas and Cuevas were arrested a few days after the attack.
