Jessob Reisbeck joined the KMPH team in March of 2009 coming from Syracuse, NY where he worked for WSTM.  Before that he worked for WAOW in Wausau, WI, but he's not totally unfamiliar with warm winters. Jessob grew up in Irvine, and attended Arizona State University so he's experienced 110 degree heat, and is very happy to be back so close to home. The two questions he hears the most are where'd your name come from, and why do you wear two watches?  So here's the answers: His parents got his name from a phonebook. They changed someone's last name from ‘Jessup' to Jessob.  And he wears two watches just for looks. Being different is important.

Growing up he played football, soccer, and baseball, lettering in both football and soccer for three years in high school.  During his senior season as a defensive back, only one quarterback completed a touchdown on him. The signal caller... Matt Leinart.  Other pro athletes he grew up competing against were Carson Palmer, DeShaun Foster, and Landon Donovan.

"It's a dream come true to be able to talk sports for a living."  In his spare time, sports still dominate his life, whether it be watching them or playing.  He tries to golf as much as possible, hang with family and friends, and just enjoy being happy and healthy.  His dream interview would be Pat Tillman.
