Fresno Mayor Alan Autry, along with Police Chief Jerry Dyer, will hold a press conference on Monday to announce the launch of a new program aimed at keeping kids off drugs.
The duo will launch "Drug Free Fresno," a partnership program between the Mayor, the City of Fresno, Fresno Police, the Fresno County Board of Education and Fresno's addicted.com.
The program is expected to focus on teenage prescription drug abuse with the goal being to increase the prevention, intervention and suppression of it.
The conference is set for 12:15. Stay with KMPH and KMPH.com as we continue to follow this story.
