California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a double fatal accident out of Los Banos.
The accident happened in the area of I-5 and 165 around 5 a.m.
CHP officials have confirmed that one adult and one child were killed in the collision.
Preliminary reports say it was a single vehicle accident, and a silver pickup truck was involved.
