It's a new year and for many that may signify time for a new healthy you.
This weekend the 4th Annual Health and Wellness Fair will be taking place at The Regency Palace in Clovis. The fair will be held on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with tickets selling for $7.50 at the door.
In honor of the Health and Wellness fair, the fair's founder and Colon Hydrotherapist Elayne Whitehead was live on Friday's Great Day to talk about healthy eating. Whitehead discussed the key to a good diet, why fiber is essential, and what raws foods can do for your body.
