Madera County Sheriff's Detectives have arrested a child predator, who they say used Facebook to lure his victims.
Deputies arrested 30-year-old Daniel Alvarez, after they say he lured a 15-year-old on the social networking site.
Officers say Alvarez told the victim he was 20-year-old.
When deputies got word of Alvarez's actions, they went online, posing as a teen, and made plans to meet Alvarez at a local park.
When they arrived at the park, they found Alvarez wandering alone in the parking lot. He was arrested and booked into the Madera County Jail for sex crimes against a child. His bail has been set at $100,000.
Due to the nature of this crime, Madera County Sheriff John Anderson says there could be more victims. He's asking anyone with information on Alvarez or the case to call 559-675-7770 or toll free at 1-800-560-4911.
The case remains under investigatin.
