South Valley Teenagers in Custody for Kidnapping, Carjacking

Posted:

Visalia Police have made two arrests after woman was kidnapped, and her car was stolen late Wednesday night.

Officers say the 20-year-old victim was approached in the area of Acequia and Bridge around 10:30 p.m.

One of the men took out a gun, and told the woman to get back into the car.  Both men jumped inside.

The woman told officers she then drove to a bank to withdraw money.

Shortly after, she was forced out of the car and the suspects drove away.

Visalia police later located the woman's vehicle, along with the suspects, in Goshen.

The two suspects were arrested.

Officers believe one of the suspects may have been responsible for a carjacking last week.
