
A Fresno man shot over the weekend has succumbed to his injuries.
The man, identified as 36-year-old Ruben Rodriguez, was shot on Sunday around 6 p.m. following an argument with another man at Saratoga and Griffith in Northwest Fresno.
After the shots were fired, the suspect fled the scene in a White Jeep Cherokee, with another passenger.
Rodriguez, who has described as being in his mid-30's, was taken to Community Regional Medical Center where he was treated before he passed away.
