Picture courtesy of Rick MirigianDozens of valley residents lined up Wednesday morning outside the Fresno Convention Center in hopes of getting Andrea Bocelli tickets.
Bocelli will perform at the Saroyan Theatre next month on December 8th at 8 p.m. . The concert will also feature Ana Maria Martinez, with special guest David Foster.
Some fans got in line as early as 6:30 p.m. Tuesday night in order to secure tickets to the venue.
Many fans were upset the concert was moved from the Save Mart Center to the Saroyan Theatre, thus causing less seats to be available. The Save Mart Center would have allowed 12,000 tickets to be sold, while only 2,300 will be sold for the Saroyan Theatre.
Tickets run at $61-$297. For more ticket information check out http://www.ticketmaster.com/Andrea-Bocelli-tickets/artist/773296.
