Tulare Police Search For Missing Man

Tulare Police are searching for a missing man, who they believe disappeared amid suspicious circumstances.

57-years-old William "Bill" Henry was last seen on November 5th. Four days later on November 9th a vehicle and utility trailer owned by Henry was discovered, burned and abandoned in rural Tulare County.

Police are now asking for the public's help in locating Henry.

He is described as being:

  • 5'9', 160 lbs
  • Having brown/gray hair
  • Brown eyes
  • A mustache and goatee
