McCain To Make Fresno Visit For Whitman Campaign

Arizona Senator and former presidential contender John McCain will be making another visit to the Central Valley.

McCain will be in Fresno on Friday with Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Meg Whitman.

Whitman who announced her candidacy back on February 9th, is touting her business experiences with Ebay, Procter & Gamble, and Disney. Whitman helped Ebay grow from 30 employees and $4.7 million in revenue to more than 15,000 employees and almost $8 billion in revenue.

Others who have joined the race for California Governor include San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner and former congressman Tom Campbell.

Both Newsom and Poizner have also made visits to the Valley.

The Town Hall meeting will be held at the Piccadilly Inn on West Shaw at 2:50 p.m. Friday.
